It has become ingrained in our company culture that all products are designed and engineered to be both super strong and aesthetically pleasing. All order details and specifications are carefully discussed, reviewed, and included on our shop drawings for customer approval prior to production.
In our many years of experience we have learned many important lessons that have become core to our continued success:
Do It Right… The First Time
We know in this fast-paced world there is little time to waste. Everyone would like their order completed as soon as possible. Conversely, we also know that mistakes can be costly and time consuming. It is always a delicate balance to determine how much time to dedicate to designing, engineering, and quality control. Our experience has taught us to measure twice and cut once. Using this same principle we have learned that designing and engineering is the most important step in the fabrication process. We carefully design and engineer all our products to meet order specifications but we also go above and beyond to ensure the product is safe, strong, long lasting, and visually appealing. We also offer suggestions for improvement based on our experience which may reduce overall costs, enhance functionality, or compliment a particular style. We won’t hesitate to raise any concerns we may have with safety, functionality, and durability. Overall our primary goal is to ensure the customer is extremely satisfied and successful with their project.
Do It Right… Or Not At All
Maintaining a good reputation as a high quality metal fabricator can sometimes be challenging. As most of our products are custom-made there are many variables to consider. Safety will always be our top concern followed closely by a high quality, durable product. We will always ensure that anything we fabricate is safely within our comfort zone and that we have the necessary machinery, tools, skills, approvals, and experience. There will always be some products that we simply do not have the confidence to fabricate for a wide variety of reasons. We are primarily focused on high quality products that fit within our business scope.
Do It Right… Make The Customer Happy
We know that great customer service is the most important thing for customers. We strive to be attentive, responsible, and considerate to our customers needs. We know that a happy satisfied customer is a returning customer and we value strong business relationships. Customers put their trust in us everyday and we do not take them for granted.
