We do in house quilting of 24 Gauge (0.025″) and 22 Gauge (0.031″) in stainless steel, steel, aluminum, zinc, copper, and bronze. The quilt size is a 2-1/2″ square. Full quilted stainless steel sheets are readily available at standard sizes of 4’x8′, 4’x10′, and 4’x12′. Quilted stainless steel can be used as wall panels, ceiling panels, backsplashes, and cladding or skins such as on our catering trucks. We use quilted stainless steel for coffee trucks, concession trailers, food trucks, and all panels on our hot dog carts. This bright, clean hygienic surface is exactely what the health department prefers to see in any food handling business. The quilted pattern also helps resist scratches and fingerprints while producing a brilliant shine. There is no need for expensive cleaning chemicals; the smooth surface is easily cleaned with soap and water.
