With many years of experience our team of engineers work directly with builders, architects, engineers, contractors, and end users. We use state of the art CAD and CAM software to assist us in fabricating products with incredible precision.
All of our products begin at the design phase in which we discuss the requirements and then come up with a cost effective design. Once we understand these requirements we can begin engineering drawings. These drawings allow us to determine how the part will be fabricated and assembled. It also allows us to discover and correct any inefficiencies or flaws in the design. Once these drawings are completed they are submitted for approval. Submitted drawings include the primary views which are plan, elevation, and section. In some cases we also include an isometric projection which is essentially a 3D representation of the product.
