Welding is a fabrication process that uses fusion to joins similar materials. A welding machine provides the necessary energy source for welding. There are many different welding techniques available. The most common techniques that we use are gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW) and gas metal arc welding (GMAW). These two techniques are most often referred to as tungsten inert gas (TIG) and metal inert gas (MIG).
Since we are metal fabricator that works primarily with stainless steel we use TIG welding techniques. This ensures clean welds that are protected from atmospheric contamination. We are able to weld aluminum, steel, and stainless steel with perfection. Welding of stainless steel is particularly challenging for some welders but we make it look easy.
Using the right welding equipment is essential. We use only the best equipment available from Miller and Lincoln Electric. With our experience and the best equipment available we are able to weld even the thinnest stainless steel without any warping or distortion.
